These pauses are aimed at helping you be more present with yourself, have a more intentional holiday season, and to take a minute to care for yourself.
I am feeling very thankful this season, for all the people that love me and who I love.
I am taking a pause to reflect on my day so far. I am capable of cultivating moments of peace even though I am busy.
I am choosing to let go of anything that has been painful or stressful during this time, and am choosing to love people and be present with my friends.
I can say no to things that aren't life-giving for me
I am allowed to feel sad or anxious during this time. And I am also allowed to let it go.
